The Education and Care Services National Law (ACT) Act 2011 
requires the publication of an education and care service register. The register contains certain information about each education and care service approved under the National Quality Framework. The register of services approved in the ACT can be found at ACECQA . The following services continue to operate in the ACT under the Children and Young People Act 2008 .
